Booking from two persons, the price is per person per day, the days are calculated based on the number of hotel nights + 1. If only the airport transfer service is needed on the day of arrival or departure, it will be calculated based on the number of hotel nights, and an additional 500RMB will be paid for the airport transfer each time, and the car model will be Audi A6L or the same class. If the customer is only one person, an additional 75% fee for a single person will be charged.

Exclusive Assisant
Exclusive online English-speaking assistant from 8am to 8pm, Respond as soon as possible for rest time, except for emergencies. Exclusive English-speaking assistant for 8 hours per day, extra 200RMB per hour if exceeded. Note: The assistant will not be involved in professional translation needs such as exhibitions and specialised business scenarios. Other languages can be specified at an additional cost of 1500RMB per day(you whole team).
Airport transfer service
Inbound China airport pick-up with a sign at any time, and airport drop-off at any time at the end of the trip.

Services during the exhibition
Provide basic logistic services, including document copying, document or small cargo delivery, etc. If you need event planning, exhibit transport, exhibit maintenance, cargo handling, storage management, marketing and promotion, post-show evacuation, etc. Apart from the project bills, you need to pay an additional service fee of 300RMB each time. All quotations come directly from a number of suppliers and are selected by you.
